A Tale of Two Trees
Here we are in the middle of summer, and certainly, where I live, the grass is brown. But it’s summer and we expect that here in British Columbia. But it’s like halfway through summer, can tell you a story of 2 trees? There’s these two tree right by my mailbox.
The one to my right, looking really vibrant, really healthy, what you would expect for a tree at this time of year. And then right next to it is the other guy. Dry as a bone, full autumn colours. Most of the leaves are on the ground already.
Which one best signifies you? Vibrant or dried out? We should be feeling vibrant, but a lot of people are feeling so tired. What the heck’s going on?
These two trees are, like, 30 feet apart. So what’s the deal? Somehow or another one tree got what it needed, the other tree didn’t.
As a coach, my clients need me. They need me to get them through the summer, to be strong for the fall so that when the autumn does come, when moods change and weather changes, before that Q4 push again, how are they going to get through it? That’s what I do.
So I’m looking at August and how could I help some more people? I’m a busy guy and I don’t have a ton of capacity. But I’ve created an
